However, I write automations for smaller companies. I've worked with a handful of clinical and mental health providers writing automations in microsoft's power automate. I designed, built, tested and deployed an it ticketing system integrated with a complex onboarding/offboarding process using microsofts suite of tools, all while maintaining HIPAA compliance and security measures that any clinical and mental health company requires. 

I have several microsoft certifications that do not expire, but microsoft is always changing and gaining complexity that most smaller businesses do not have the time or patience to understand.
